My Flickr page has been really suffering over the past 9 months without a DSLR camera. I was using a borrowed Nikon D70 (one of the first model digital SLR cameras to come out) prior. Since then, most of my pictures have been taken with a 2.0 MP iPhone camera. It’s like a gallery of neo-impressionist paintings.

But today, after saving for a bit, I am treating myself to a brand new, Eddy Award-winning and JD Powers Award-winning, Nikon D40! It will be here by Tuesday! Complete with a second 28-70mm f/2.8-4 DG Compact High Speed Aspherical Zoom Autofocus Lens.
